The Wolf Ranch Community Council was established to weave a social fabric and promote interaction among Wolf Ranch residents. The Community Council is funded through the collection of one-tenth of one percent (0.10%) on the sale of every home in Wolf Ranch. For example, on a $200,000 home the fee is $200, with the maximum of $500.
The Wolf Ranch Community Council fund is designed to benefit the residents of Wolf Ranch in perpetuity and continually be a source of social programs for residents of Wolf Ranch, and the cost of these social activities do not impact the Wolf Ranch Homeowners Association. |
