The Villages
A HOUSE, A HOME
Wolf Ranch neighborhoods are planned around the way families want to live.

Wolf Ranch opened with the Westcreek neighborhood in January, 2004 and where over 370 residents are surrounded by trails, parks and open space.

Westcreek is also home to the first City park in Wolf Ranch with a list of amenities to enhance the Wolf Ranch community lifestyle.

The Overlook at Wolf Ranch is a row townhome community at the entrance of the Westcreek neighborhood.

NEW NEIGHBORHOOD—THE VILLAGES
The newest neighborhood of Wolf Ranch, The Villages, adjoins the future town center and 14-acre lake location. Set between Research and Briargate Parkways, The Villages has views that overlook the sunny eastern slope of Pikes Peak, and the innovative street layout of the neighborhood enhances America’s Mountain.

The Villages model homes are open daily from five quality new home builders. Visit the Builders’ website page to learn more about the latest Wolf Ranch offerings and inventory homes.

The Parkwood neighborhood is smaller with 148 homes sites whose defining features are alley access to garages and has a private park with amenities that give this neighborhood a different feel and streetscape.

ADDED BENEFITS
With more than 300 acres of open space and over 10 miles of trails, Wolf Ranch is designed to bring people out of their homes to share the great outdoors.
