GATEWAY PARK
The first of two community entry parks, Gateway Park at Wolf Ranch, was completed in summer of 2006 and is located at Research Parkway and Tutt Boulevard. Amenities include a pond, waterfall, park benches, picnic tables, entertainment and picnic pavilion and a Wireless Internet (wi-fi) hot spot. The park is a community gathering center for concerts and a variety of social activities for the Wolf Ranch residents.

OTHER PARKS AND TRAILS
Wolf Ranch opened its first neighborhood park in 2005 in Westcreek, which includes playground equipment, picnic tables, seating and an in-line roller hockey/basketball court.

The plans for more than 300 acres of parks and open space, and over 10 miles of trails for hiking, walking and biking will be developed concurrent with each phase of the community. Pocket Parks in Wolf Ranch offer open space opportunities within neighborhoods.

RECREATION CENTER

The first community recreation center has an outdoor swimming pool, outdoor water Splash Park, year-round playground and clubhouse.

The recreation center is a members-only facility exclusively for the use of Wolf Ranch residents or homeowners, and their guests.

14-ACRE LAKE PLANNED
Another recreation amenity planned for Wolf Ranch is a town center which will also feature a 14-acre lake. The combination of these two amenities will offer a wide variety of recreational and social opportunities. The lake and town center of Wolf Ranch will combine to be the centerpiece of the community, when complete.
