There’s lots to love about Wolf Ranch, but we think that a community in one of the best areas in Colorado Springs is one thing you’ll enjoy the most. Wolf Ranch Community Council
The Wolf Ranch Community Council (WRCC) was established to provide a sustainable framework to conduct activities, programs, and community enhancements throughout Wolf Ranch neighborhoods. Funded through the collection of one-fifteenth of one percent (0.15%) on the sale of every home within the master plan area.
Unique to Wolf Ranch
The Community Council fund is designed to benefit the residents of Wolf Ranch in perpetuity and continually be a source of programs at Wolf Ranch. The cost of the activities does not impact the Wolf Ranch
Keeping Residents First
The Community Council provides Wolf Ranch with the most important perspective of all: our residents. The Council is a way that Wolf Ranch ensures enjoyable and high quality living for everyone. Each of the events is resident inspired.
A Variety of Programs
The programs that the Community Council helps foster are varied. Some of the programs include the Wolf Ranch Concert Series, Wolf Ranch Day at Rocky Mountain Vibes Baseball, the Fall Festival, Santa at the Ranch, monthly family nights, community parties, and PowerArt (a beautification program for electrical transformers).
A Private Recreation Center
The Wolf Ranch Recreation Center is located south of Research Parkway, at 8705 Wolf Recreation Point. This 6-acre park setting is a wonderful spot to enjoy the Colorado sunshine and (sometimes) those hot summer days! With a pool, splash park, and a clubhouse you have all the makings of a great time. We regularly host events and hope to encourage healthy, active living for youth, adults, and families alike.
The Wolf Ranch Recreation Center boasts a Junior Olympic-sized pool (depth from 4-6 feet) with a lap lane down the side. The pool is open daily during the summer months (Memorial Day to Labor Day) with minimal open swim times during the off-season. The Splash Pad is an area just for kids that features a variety of different spouts, hoses, and geysers to help keep you cool this summer.
A pool cover is installed during the winter months. The cover is owned by Falfins Swim Team and originally cost $250,000. Falfins pays for all chemical and utility costs during the winter and utilize the pool for their swim teams. They also offer swim lessons during the summer. If you would like to get in contact with them, their information is listed below:

The Splash Park is designed to provide water recreation for all ages and is in an enclosed area, separated from the pool with a fence for additional safety.
Water features include:
A rainbow spray area
Sensor control areas to activate water features in the Splash Park
The Wolf Ranch Recreation Center is proud to host an annual BBQ to commence kickoff of the summer pool season. Timing of this event is usually dependent on daytime temperatures.
Flick and Float
Join us for a night of food, music, fun, and fantastic flicks! Our Flick and Floats are a series of events hosted throughout the summer here at the rec center. We screen a movie on our inflatable outdoor movie screen, serve food, beer, dessert, and, of course, popcorn! Members are welcome to come and “float” while watching a fabulous “flick”.
Rec Center memberships are available for all Wolf Ranch residents. Most newer filings have rec center membership included in their monthly assessments.
